I was shocked to see that AGAIN! I had £45.00 debited from my account by Pointpay (Which shows as Pointpay*co.uk on a bank statement)

I called this company in January to query the charge and it was to renew a years membership for a VIP shopping website. To which I asked how they had my details and what details they did have. Much to my surprise they only had a card number & email address..... According to the assistant, I had downloaded an app on my mobile and registered for the subscription? (Why would you not have my details then?)

I cancelled the subscription and took it as my fault. The same day in January 2013 and again on the 11th February 2013 my account was debited a further £45 each time.

? Why would you pay more than once a year for a 12 month subscription and why would I be charge twice after closing the account ?

Somethings not right... Please let others know to check their statements.

Kind regards
Chris
