I paid 12.95 USD to get an unlock code for my HTC One X. They told me that they could not find it, however they told me that they have a deeper search tool that could find a code for an extra 29.95 USD so I paid.
Again they were unable to find a code. Their website claim that they give an automatic refund if they can't provide the code. I am waiting since 01/29/2013 and have not yet receive my refund. I send several e-mail to the customer service but had no answer.
