The company representative made a phone call after receipt of my request for immigration consultancy as I am dreaming to acquire Australian Visa. During the course of consultation, he requested details regarding my personal background and credit card information while promising that I am highly eligible for Australian Visa. However, the representative Mr. Arif suddenly charged the amount of 5,040 Dirhams into my credit card without my full approval as I had it known that credit card details was just part of his background inquiry. So, I was helpless as he did charged the amount to my credit card and requesting cancellation at that time but he refused and made a lot of promises to me. So I did observed their services for the past days and after they had sent me a contract specifying no guarantee on services rendered. I was shocked and made a request for refund but they had made a lot of excuses and promises and until now they are chasing me to pay the remaining 11,000 dirhams. In fact, the services they had rendered was just a piece of two sample format of employment reference and CDR in which if I will summarize I am not really satisfied with the services rendered plus the fraudulent act during the course of consultation. As such, kindly help me how I can collect my down payment of 5,040 dirhams as they are threatening me for the remaining balance.
