Same as the previous complaints "Ordered flowers for my Significant other for Valentines Day 2013 and they did not arrive. Called "customer service" number 5 times and have just sent my 3rd email to them with no reply. AVOID BLOOMEX AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Educate yourself using google "Bloomex complaints" and the BBB.org. You will soon realize why...They are grade A scam artists.
