I booked a car detailing to be done well within the scoopon time limit and the company kept changing the date as they were unable to keep the booking. Then I was told they would definitely detail my car today and would not change the date. I got a phone call Thursday 14th from Diya - Rrov's Services to say they could not detail my car. This was not my fault and I request a credit for the service I did not receive.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from any company, let alone a service company. Their mission statement talks about being a provider of choice with great customer service - their website is quite good and inviting but the reality is something different.
Their response to a voucher booking with Groupon was unacceptable - never answering the phone or returning messages that were left. Ignoring online bookings but eventually scheduling a booking for a time and date that wasn't requested - then not turning up anyway. Repeated attempts meant the voucher time frame ran out and now they are saying it is a no-go and to ask Groupon for a refund.
After repeated attempts to email and I continue to get a response that there is nothing they will do. This company is a joke and I intend to leave such feedback where ever possible.
