I ordered the dvd series The Rifleman. I received the series in the time alloted but after I received them and reviewed them the quality left alot to be desired. I therefore asked them how they could be returned for credit. They emailed me the instructions and I followed them explicitly. That was six weeks ago I have not received my $75 credit and they have fallen off the face of the earth. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent fradulant use and I guess I am out of the $75. I don't know how people can scam others and not feel guilty about.
