i received a junk e-mail for a green tea pill, the ad said as seen on Dr. Oz, and had a video of Dr.Oz talking about green tea pills, so i thought i would try it. the ad stated i could receive a free bottle, so i clicked to receive the free bottle. it then wanted my credit card number and billing address. i assumed they would bill me for shipping, because nothing is free. and when i hit the complete transaction button, a receipt came up for the purchase of 5 bottles for $148.00. i immediately called the customer service number, and they told me they can not cancel my order, even though i never ordered 5 bottles. they said when the order is received, send it back for a full refund. when i did that, they credit my card, less $30.00 shipping & restock charge. these people need to be punished. let's get a class action law suit started.
