Working in partnership with a company called Sovereign Filing Solutions, these people were supposed to save my home. I was evicted by the sheriff on February 3, 2012 and was chargrd an initial payment of $1000.00 and eight payments of $150.00 before I called them on their scam and refused to make the last two installments.

Princess Caceres is not a member or affiliate of Sovereign Filing Solutions, but rather a contractor that Ed Reich was connected with, all funds for the contract were returned to Ed Reich, as well as complementary products that Sovereign Filing solutions made from making the connection between the parties. Satisfaction in whole has been offered and accepted between Ed Reich and Sovereign Filing Solutions, with matters still pending full resolution between Ed and the contractor SaveUrHomes. Sovereign Filing Solutions will happily work with Ed in any way that we can in order to resolve this with the contractor if there is anything that we are able to do.

Your Mortgage was paid for in full and fully satisfied the day you signed the papers closing on your home. If that is so, and it is, why would anyone in their right mind willing continue to pay for something that has already been paid in full.
Let me give you an example:
Mr. & Mrs. Brown borrow $10,000.00 from Mr. Green and agree to pay him 250.00 a month plus 5% interest until the loan is paid in full. After the Browns have made payments for a year or two Mrs. Brown’s dear old Aunt dies leaving in her will $10,000.00 to pay off the debt. and the executor of the Aunts will follows the directions of the will and pays off the loan in full. Mr. Green readily accepts the payment in full but neglects to tell the Browns that their mortgage has been paid in full and is fully satisfied and continues billing the Browns.
Would you consider this deceitful and fraudulent? If so, tell me then, how is it different than what the banks are doing to homeowners every day for years.
