I ordered the "Matlock" complete series back in November with my debit card as a Christmas gift. When the charge went through, there was also an ATM fee. I contacted DVD Tiger and Gordon Kennedy, Support Staff got back to me and said that the bank charged the fee and to call my bank. I did receive the dvd's, however, they were obviously bootlegged. I contacted Mr. Kennedy in January, he gave me return instructions in how to return them. I did pay extra for tracking and insurance even though in their return instructions, they indicated not to use FedEx or UPS. I've since contacted them several times for the status of my refund, and the e-mail is coming back as undeliverable.
