We took out a personal loan from bonafide credit solution and they ask for a three monthly payment before we receive the loan. We went along and send them the money and when that was done they ask to send them a insurance policy money that it will help help us out if we can't pay the loan back so we went along to do it and the policy was $900. They kept guaranteeing us that we will have the loan in the bank account with four hours. Than they called again and ask to send them more money and I told them no because they keep asking for money and we aren't receiving nothing back so I told them I want my money back and they said it will take up to 30 days to receive it. I been waiting and til this day I haven't received a phone call or my money back and now when I try calling their phone is not in service. I still have the contract they send me and the proof of how much I send them. All I ask if someone can help me
