This company was supposed to have a buyer for our timeshare in Branson Mo. After sending them several payments for fees and taxes they were supposed to send the money for the sale of the property as well as the fees & taxes. They refused to answer our e-mails & calls when the money never arrived. They have since been doing business under another name. Investment Vacation Management. This address is 5847 San Felipe St. Houston, Tx.77057.I talked to several people over the course of the transaction some being Thomas Hargrove,Richard Garcia,Martin Rosenberg, Jennifer Martinez & David Romero plus a few others.I have contacted Attorney Generals office in three states as well as the Federal Trade Commission. So far they haven't been able to help. If I could get some others who have had a similar scam maybe we could get a class action suit and get these guys out of business.
