They called up offering a trial of their magazine, stating it was only £1 for postage and I would receive the magazine within the next few weeks, along with some money off vouchers. They were very clear about the cancellation period being two weeks (14 days) so one week into the trial period I cancelled my subscription via the email provided, as the telephone numbers automated messaging device kept saying nothing was available, thinking nothing of it at the time I discarded the magazine, as it was almost useless to me, and to my surprise one week later £79.99 was taken from my account. I have emailed two separate addresses and two phone numbers that I have gotten from other sites such as this, but so far nothing has come of it... so now I need help.
