Playdom has various free to play games on facebook. You can also choose to either spend real money or purchase actual goods with real money from their partners. When you do this, they give you 'virtual money' that can be then spent to purchase better add ons for the game you are playing with them. I made such a purchase from one of their partners spending $14.76 on a personalized ornament as a gift for a friend. In exchange they promised me 64 (virtual) gold. In order to get this much virtual money I would have had to spend as much as $15 dollars in order to receive it. I figured what a bargain, I will get an ornament from their partner and STILL receive the virutal gold. That is akin to getting twice as much for half the cost. Playdom who is ultimatelyin charge of paying out this virtual gold is blaming their partner whom I purchased the ornament from as to why they are not living up to their end of the deal. Almost 3 months has gone by and they refuse to honor their bargain of giving me my virtual gold. They are now ignoring my emails. Please help
