The job was to refinish tub and shower. It was partially accomplished. They taped over fictures and when tape was removed the finish came off. The workman remove grout from both shower and tub areas and sprayed the refinish paint on the missing grout. Then stated that it would be an extra charge to regrout the area.He promised to come back on 2/9/12 and correct his mistakes. He called at 10:p.m at night on the 9th and stated his onStar on his can was broken and could not find the place and would be here on Sunday the 2/10/13. His wife called and he had a heart attack. When store manager JOhn was contacted on MOnday he promised to have someone out to fix the problems and complete the job. This did not happen. I spoke again with John on the14 of February and he again promised that another tech would be out. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE MONEY WAS PAID IN FULL ON THE 7TH AND NOW NOTHING. THEY HAVE A PHONE ID ON THEIR STORE PHONE AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THE SHOWER SINCE 2/7/2013. THEY PROMISED A 5 YEAR WARRANTY HOWEVER THAT HAS NOT BEEN UPHELD BY THIS COMPANY.
