I did the same thing ordered the 14 day trial of the Natural Green Cleanse. It was a week late and I'm not satisfied with the product. So I tried cancelling on the 10th day. Well I still got billed and now have to cancel again. I want my money back and was not ok with being billed $88.92 When I already tired cancelling.

- Did you get an email confirmation that you've canceled? I called the 1-800-387-1146 customer service number and I spoke to someone almost immediately. I received an email confirmation soon after we hung up. She did not have an accent of any kind and she was quick with the cancellation process. She gave two options: 1) Pay for the "free trial" bottle and cancel my account; 2) Return the "free trial" bottle and upon its return, I will not be charged. I chose option 1. I just hope it will stay canceled.
