I cannot socket my heroes with gems that enhance the heroes states. I have brought this to thier attention several times and all they can say is they are working on it. I have never played a PC game where it has takn so long to resolve an issue. they have no call center and all communication is via written corrospondence. I have spent more than 300 dollars on the game.

- Fix the problem or have it esculated they make it immposible to speak to a supervisor but I know it has affected many players.
