Purchased 4.95 trial pack was to pay for shipping only. A few days later they charged me 116.93 and sent me more I did not want or autherize. I called the gal hung up on me..
I received the package refused shipment sent it back. I called again the fellow said I had to get an autherization # 1st to refuse pkg.
It's a scam!! He hung up on me.

To resolve your Optima's 'unauthorized charges' and 'deceptive advertising' claim and dispute their charge on your credit card, you must phone AND email Optima and firmly tell them to cancel your "program" and to email you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#), then advise them you are disputing the unauthorized charge with your credit card company (c.c. may or may not want the RMA# in order to charge back any amounts Optima charges.) Then call your cc and tell them you are disputing the unauthorized charges.)
If you do not carry through with these instructions, Optima will continue sending you cartridges and charging your cc for each shipment to the tune of at least $80 per shipment. -
