I was online working with the AVAST company to download an antivirus software and having difficulty, so I contacted the number listed on the site thinking I was dealing with AVAST technical support. They offered technical assistance for $199.99 to rid my computer of viruses so the program could be installed. Avast informed me later that this company had hacked in to my computer from India and was not in anyway associated with AVAST.
