On December 8th I left a $500.00 deposit with the intention of purchasing a 2000 528i BMW. Quassaick Autos were in the process of closing so I did not have an opportunity to inspect the vehicle, I returned on Monday December 10th to inspect the car, and I was told by the owner to leave his property, and to return at 3 P.M. to receive my deposit,I returned at 3 P.M. and i was told that the person responsible for returning my deposit had not returned from taking care of other business.I have made several attempts to contact them, and each time i have called, they had hung up on me and refuse to return my deposit, I also had my lawyers contact them by letter, and they still have not responded to my request.Their response was to take them to court, other wise they will not return my $500.00 deposit. How does anyone remain in business if they chose to treat there customers in the fashion I have been treated.
