Same complaint as the others. I sent for the free trial and then was billed 97.88. I closed my account and cancelled my credit card so that they could not bill me again. When talking to company on the phone, they said I was "outside their area for returns". I'm in Ohio. Seems that I was in their area to be able to send the product !!
