bought an mp3 2 weeks ago froze up on me yesterday tried to download theyre drivers yesterday wasent able to find a site that was still working when i did find one it wount recognise the serial number tried again today managed to find a site that had my model listed tried to download drivers to fix problem but rca zip program says no mp3 player is plugged in to my computer wich is false worse product i ever bought never again will i buy an rca product they should stick to universal remotes only product they are slightly good at very dissapointed customer
