I have been trying to get a loan modification on my home. This company promised me that I would be guaranteed a modification because of my situation. I paid them $2000.00 and they told me they would handle all of the paperwork. I was overcome with the amount of paperwork I had to do over and over again and then was denied. I sent them an email and they have yet to respond to me. They also told me to not make any payments as those would be added on to the end of the loan. When I was denied they told me I am in arrears for $12,000.00 and need to pay it in full. I don't have that kind of money. That's why I am trying to get the modification.
