Complaint 213789 Details

Purchased Android phone 25 Oct 2012. Tried it but it wasn't suitable. Sent it back but in the meantime ordered a other model around the same price(in hindsight a silly thing to do). The second phone arrived in due course and OK, but the returned phone took ages to get there. I requested a refund and Shine Wong said OK it will be done. I am still waiting 7 wks since that email. I have been emailing daily and checking my account but alas no action to date.
The thing that really irks is the emails are not acknowledged, no feedback, no comments. Consequently my frustration and sarcasm increases with each effort.
The thing is, if you get something that works, hang onto it. Seems to be a problem if you want refund or exchange. For some reason,
Android-sale can't cope with this in a modern business world!
If they' re really shonky, how have they lasted so long?
And who is the infamous "Shine Wong"? Don't know if male or female. Unfortunately not living up to name. Not a "shining" example! Ha!
Anyway, I thought I would be clever and get a Samsung style phone for about one-third the price, but with two orders completed, I paid an extra $220. You live and learn.
To potential customers, do your research, read widely.
If by chance a miracle occurs - Shine Wong responds/ a refund received, I will submit another post. Bye for now. At least having a rant here makes me feel better. CYA folks.
