I received a letter in the mail about making money from free government programs. Fill out forms that he would send you step by step instructions. He goes on to state that he will guarantee every aspect removing any risk for me(word for word) also states that if it proved not to be 100% true that we are entitled to an immediate 100% refund. NOT TRUE haven't received or heard anything from him or his company.
