I ordered the complete set of Touched by an Angel (Seasons 1-9) on 1/24/13. My debit card was charged on the same day. 1 week later I received an order #14566 along with a notice that the set had been shipped & would arrive in 3 weeks. 1 month later..no dvds, & emails are undeliverable to customer service who claims to be open 24/7 with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The website is also down. Before I purchased the dvds the company did respond to my inquiry regarding quality saying it was excellent....all part of the trap! (Personal Information Removed)
