I purchased a trial sample for the cost of postage but I was unaware that this tied me into an agreement & subsequently £97.95 was taken from my bank account on 20/02/2013. As I had not returned the samples within 14 days, which I had no idea that this had to be done, I apparently have agreed to the agreement. I have not received any further goods & could not have returned the samples even if I'd know aboot the agreement as the arrived in an unmarked package with no details contained with the goods. My bank cannot get a refund & now, due to my own stupidity & the deceiptful nature of the company I have lost this money which I cannot afford. How anyone can take money from my bank with no signature or without the security code from my bank card is beyond me. Lesson now learned but many people like me have been deceived by these despicable people !!
