I wanted a medium banner and took advantage of a special $15 off for orders over $50. However, the screen showed the small banner. I could find no way to change it to medium and ordered it via PP. I soon contacted Vista and told them I really wanted the medium size but the computer program would not let me change the size from small to medium. The customer service rep emailed me that they canceled the whole order and I could re-order which I did. However, on the immediate re-order it did not give me the $15 credit as advertised. The second interaction with Vista was a fairly rude rep who gave me some round around about things constantly changing. I wonder if they permitted the mix-up in order to get me to re-order without the discount. I do not plan to use them again. Also, beware of all the additional offers that you must endure to complete before ending. Buyer Beware.
