Complaint 214489 Details

Got a trial version of the anti-aging product and decided I didn't want it and sent it back. I went out of town and upon my return I got the package back in the mail which I failed to put the proper postage on. It was then past the trial period but I called Giavonie to explain the situation. The person was receptive to the situation who sent me another email with the return address and was told to send the product and a refund would be given, especially since the product was unopened. The email I got shows this was after the trial date.
Well I waited for about a month and started calling back to see what was going on. I have been told that a manager would call me back which has yet to happened. This has been going on for another month now. This manager, or anyone of authority, is never available over the phone. I have even stated that I would take the product back, although not prefered, especially since I already paid for it but and can even get that back. I would of never returned the product if I knew I would be getting nothing but wasted time and frustration of which I paid $90.
I then tried to look for an alternate number and found other complaints whcih were responded to so I decided to write a complaint myself to see if I could actually get a response to from someone who can do something other than telling me someone will get back to me.
So I hope someone will see this and will get me a refund. Or I guess I can take up some more of my time to find every complaint website to get the word out that this company is not to be dealt with. My order number is (Personal Information Removed)
