I took was scammed for some money. I was promised an interest rate of 3.9 for as long as I hold my credit cards and maintain the payments. Charles Roark, the accounts manager made this promise to me and a girlfriend that also spoke with him. They took my money and prepared a "report" that showed me "what to pay off first" as if I don't know what to do myself. It was attractive simply for the 3.9 interest rate for the outstanding balances on my credit cards. Now they have changed their name to FINANCIAL FREEDOM SOFTWARE. I have asked for my money to be returned as I was promised by Charles if I am not happy I can get my money back. Still fighting!!!!
