In April 2012 we made a Purchase agreement/contract with Chris Robinson buying his pennyauction site - domains and his license to a Pennyproauction-script (for the sum of $15k). The agreement was made as an earn out agreement where Chris was supposed to handle all SEO and Traffic generating actions in a defined period. For him to do so we were obligated to make the necessary funds available for him.

In July 2012 we transferred extra $10K to run a CPA campaign - Chris started up the campaign but stopped after a few days and said the cost etc. for the campaign needed to be adjusted and also the timing of the campaign wasn’t optimal because of the summer vacation. We accepted and postponed the campaign. He started the campaign again in august but after only a few signups he stopped the campaign once again. We asked to have the deposited refunded, and after months of struggling he promised in November to return the $10k and asked for our account number. But he never returned the money.

In December the license from, PennyProAuction was cut off – meaning we can’t operate and we have no access to the script. After contacting PennyProAuction.com we realized that the script from Pennyproauction wasn’t transferable, and the script license was erased and all files deleted from our server – meaning the website was gone. We paid Chris $15k in full for the script and license according to the contract and now we have nothing.

With this complaint we hope to solve the case before transferring it to the authorities and lawyers of Ontario. We have tried to solve this matter in a professional way, but seller simply ignores all efforts from our side.

We have all documentation in writing etc.
