i received a call asking me to call this number. when i finally got it touch with them they told me i am being sued, have a restraining order and will get a summons to appear. this is for a failure to pay interest on a credit card. the info. they gave me about the card, i made phone calls about and found i don't owe any money with this criteria. i called back and they told me it was possible to settle out of court. when i asked for more info they said see you in court and hung up.
