First I've ever heard of this company was when I checked a deduction from my bank account today for $38.99 and it was a check with a number that wasn't in my sequencing of numbers, so I pulled up what it was and found the Utell name along with an 888 number, which I called. The gal answering said they had more than one company they handled and when I gave her the name and number and said the charges were unauthorized and I had no clue what they were for, she told me it was an online phone service similar to Skype and then she said they allow up to two months of credit and she would process my money back in 4 to 7 days. Tomorrow I go to my bank to put in a dispute for both the 38.99 charges as well as the $30 my bank charged me twice because the 38.99 charge overdrew my account causing me to be charged overdraft fees twice. I have filed additional complaints as I see there are many people who've been ripped off by this fraudulent company. Kinda disgusting to see how long they've been around. I've also posted to my social websites about this scam and alerted folks to watch out. Vistaprint has an advertisement on their webpage (which I'd never seen before today) so I've notified them that I will take my business elsewhere if they do not disconnect from this company altogether. We'll see what happens as I've asked them to contact me about the matter.
