CHEAT/FRAUD I had a similar problem with Atelier M. I purchased the same deal from Wowcher in November, only had two sessions done, and in the middle of treatment sessions, got an email from Wowcher that I cant redeem my voucher anymore. The salon had only been opened in June 2012. After investigating from the neighbouring shop owners, it has been closed about 3 weeks now. I seriously want to report this company to the Citizens Advise Bureau for further guidance as this salon owner had been cheated the customers with offers for top up sessions and extra areas to be treated by paying extra money to them. for example I was offered a deal for £75 for extra 6 sessions and £150 for extra area to be treated. Wowcher has been kind enough to pay me the full refund. I am not sure if this is planned fraud or of its due to insufficient profits in the business. But definitely the owner should pay up for money paid extra by us. I would urge everyone who had similar experience to post a review here and may be complaint to Citizens Advise Bureau and try to recover for the damages.
