I purchased a Roland Keyboard from them that didn't arrive within the timeframe specified. When I emailed them, the email bounced back. I rang a few times but always got their answering service - calls were never returned. I instigated a dispute with Paypal and fortunately managed to get my money back. The only communication I got from them was to inform me that the transaction has had to be cancelled because Paypal had debited their account. The tone of the letter was accusative as if I had done something wrong. I have since learnt that the Andrew Taylor behind this company is untrustworthy - stay clear of this Company!
