I have tried several times to have them send me a new pan because the one I have is pealing on the outside and does nothing but stick. They want me to pay another 7.95 they say for shipping to get another pan. I also didn't get the lid that was suppose to come with the order, what I did get was a 15 dollar off coupon for another product which I would never order.
