I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my daughter online on January 21, 2013. It is now March 4, 2013 and I still do not have my merchandise. I have only received one email stating that my order had been shipped, but that was a month ago! I have tried all avenues to contact the company, but no one will return emails and all the phone numbers are disconnected. Is there no recourse I can take?
