I had been looking into home based businesses in Australia and through that Concepts Execution which is also Focuslc obtained my phone number and contacted me. The 3 days cooling off period was far too short as it just didn't give you enough time to look into what you where receiving for your money. I was told the same as all the other complainants that I would be making money within 3 weeks. I guess it depends what you call making money, I was selling second hand goods of my own that I could find around the house on ebay. Not a lot to be made out of that I can assure you. I was having one tutorial/lesson per week for about 8 weeks. The session was supposed to be for an hour but sometimes was only 15mins. When I picked my niche market and it wasn't something they new about their help was useless. The one concern I had with the scheme from the word go was that it was based in America and would not be suitable for someone based in Australia and that has certainly been the case and certainly blown out the original $6,300 out lay to Considerably more. In the first couple of weeks my details were passed on (without my permission) to CE Corporate services who informed me that they are the accounting firm & financial advisers that work with Concept Executions to help their clients set up the necessary tax numbers etc that are needed. As I live in Australia I said that I wouldn't need that as I had all business requirements set up in Australia. That is when I was told that to purchase or trade with any American company I would have to have an EIN and a Tax Agent in the US. As I had just spent so much money on a course to build a website and then purchase goods from the US to import to Australia I decided I had no choice but to spend the additional$2,195 to set up all the legal requirements. Of course it didn't stop there, the fees just kept rolling in, monthly tax agent fees, Registration of Articles of incorporation etc etc. I have since found out that I didn't require any of this and I trade with a number of companies in the US and as I am not a US citizen I am not required to have an EIN etc etc. The other lie I was told by CE Corp was that within 3 weeks they would have credit cards set up for me to use for trading as a US company. To begin with there were just excuses for the hold ups and the I just couldn't get replies to my emails or phone calls but the monthly fees kept coming out of my account. In the end I cancelled my accounts with CE Corp, but they kept charging me so I had to change all my bank details in Australia. Now I have constant letters from some legal firm which started after they got nowhere phoning me to try and get more money out of me. Back to Focuslc, I do have a website that I built with them that I run a business through in Australia. The website regularly crashes or I can't access the administration section (which is what has happened again today) I regularly can't access the e-Library and the video's aren't much help anymore as they now use a different website builder but haven't left anyway for clients to access the old lessons/videos if they need them. I am also locked into paying their exorbitant hosting fees which is great when the website doesn't work half the time. Even though the original outlay was $6,300 in reality I would have spent well over $10,000
