I've placed an order on 21st Feb 2013, but the order is still not delivered. This is the pathetic situation for me to choose India Plaza to opt for placing an online order, just after 1 day placing my order I've got an email stating "Due to some unforeseen circumstances, your shipment for order I21021300033 placed with us on 21-Feb-2013 has been delayed.
The issue is being sorted out and we are going to ship the order latest by 28-Feb-2013".

Since after that didn't got any other information regarding the same, while contacting them over them over the phone (I must say they surely have closed all the telephone lines)it's next to impossible to get them. Now I don't know how to reach them and contact them.
