I have already filed a complaint against this company but this is an addendum to the original complaint.

This company agreed to replace the transmission in my 2004 Hyandai by sending a rebuilt transmission to Sports Durst Hyandai Dealership in Durham, North Carolina. When the transmission was put in the car, it was discovered that it did not work properly. An inspector from the WarranTech company came out and test drove the car and blew the engine up in the car. The oil was just changed in the car four days prior to the transmission going out and now WarranTech is saying that the car had not been properly serviced while I owned it and have refused to replace the engine in the car. The Dealership has charged me with the deductible and an additional $121.00 for gaskets and seals put into the transmission. This company is unbelievable but it is going to cost them way more than $5000 as I am in the process of filing a major lawsuit on this case.
