I wish I had seen this page before I tried this product! DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT…A COMPANY THAT HAS NO INTENTION OF TREATING YOU WITH ANY RESPECT!!! I have wanted to try electronic cigarettes for some time and this seemed like the time to give it a whirl. I filled out the form for a free trial (only paying $4.95 for shipping). I have smoked menthol cigarettes for 30 yrs and so obviously wanted menthol. Instead, I received non-menthol. As I had never tried electronic cigarettes, I knew I didn’t care for them but kept using them anyway. I finally thought that perhaps these weren’t menthol. So I called customer service, and indeed, I was NOT sent MENTHOL. The agent said he was sorry and would send menthol cartridges. A few days later, even before the menthol cartridges came, I was charged the $99.67. I immediately called the company and explained the situation to the representative. Although she acknowledged that there MAY have been a “GLITCH” in their system, I was still obligated to pay as I had become a member. After a lengthy discussion with her, I asked to speak with a manager, she replied that “he is really busy” and would not transfer me to him. I received an RMA number and address to return everything (1120 W Butler Rd, Unit J Greensville, NC 29607) After reading comments on this site, I am not going to bother trying to return the product. Instead, I am going to comment on every website I can find about this company; contact the better business bureau; the USPS and anyone else I can think of!
