I ordered a pair of glasses for total $122 with shipping to The Netherlands. After waiting for a couple of weeks I started to wonder were my package was. I started mailing. I have sent them more then 10 e-mails. Not one of them have been answered. I even send them a fake one, saying I was looking for a pair of glasses I couldn't find and wondering if maybe they could find them. (they tell you to contact them if you don't find what your looking for on their site.) I thought maybe they only answer pleasant e-mail. But apparently they don't answer any mail. I'm not sure how to proceed from here.
