i received a letter from Global Supply chain services inc, stating that i needed to contact Jim Long LLB (my claim agent) about my prize winnings. I received in the letter a check for 3920.00 it was issued to my name signed and dated. The letter directed me to pay a winnings tax and then i would be awarded 81,080.00 that would be delivered to me by fed ex within 24-48 hours of me contacting my claim agent. Luckily for me, i moved before i got this letter, it is now 3/6/13 that i am reading this. I still have the letter and the check in my posession. The address on the letter does not match the address of the company on the check. The check states the company is out of fort smith arkansas, the letter says their headquarters is in phillipsburg new jersey.
