I called to cancel the order for the product. I told the man that it was too expensive for me. I'm on insulin and can not afford to pay that type of money. He said he understood ,and would cancel my order. Now I see they put a charge on my account;that is making me overdrawn. The bank has charged me for the payment and for the over-charge fee. I told the lady I called about two weeks ago to cancel my order, now they have no record of it. I think they should be investigated by the States Attorney's Office, this has got to be fraud.

- The best and only way to get your money back is through your bank or credit card company. I used my debt card instead of credit card and they got my money back and I blocked them from charging my card anymore.
