I like everyone else was so excited about trying the green coffee bean pills...after watching so many advertisment on the web I decided to order from PureGreenCoffee. When I finished placing my order 2/27/2013 I only received got a order # no confirmation on my email and worse no number to call. I waited 4 days to see if my product would arrive and its now 8 days and nothing. My money has been taken out of my account next day of purchase. I call a number that was on my bank statement and a "customer service rep." was very unprofessional and could not find any records on my order. She said she will have to get all my personal information again to send an "email" to their corporate's office. I asked to be transfer and speak to manager that could help me and her answered was "for security reasons we cannot provide you with that info" Now my phone is been ringing offering all kinds of promotional stuff that I am not interested in???? AAAAAH I am tired of this!
