International boundaries
Wife ordered decided to cancel monthly cost and return products. We were able to speak to CS person. She provided RMA number and details about return. Received email with RMA number, which was different than original. Email speaks about 2 weeks aro of return refund would be given. So far 4 weeks have passed. Telephone number on email is for different company, oddly enough the different company is at same address? 2 separate calls to number and 2nd number given routed to same nonPure Collagen company. Not confident refund is coming our way.
