In Jan.,I paid $4.95 for the Trial offer. I spoke to a woman named Cory in Santa Barbara,CA and she assured me this was not a rip-off,my bank card would not be hit unless I placed an order. After 3 weeks of trying to quit smoking, I wasn't happy with the product and had no intentions of ordering more cartridges. On March 7,2013 they hit my bank for $83. I immediately called,my membership was cancelled,I was assured that they would refund my money in 3-5 business days. The bank was good enough to remove the pending charge and my husband then made a withdrawal of all money in case they tried it again. This morning, our bank showed -$83.00. I called them again, same song and dance. I just now got an email saying 'my order had been shipped'. I've just called them again and informed them that we've closed our Bank acct and on Monday morning,I will be filing Fraud charges with the FBI Office downtown. This company needs to be taken to court in a class-action lawsuit!
