On Feb 1, I received the "FREE TRIAL OFFER"
of Pureberry Max 88 and was only told I had to pay the $A4.98 shipping. I put the shiping charge on my credit card and low and behold when my credit card statement came I was charged teh $4.98 shipping plus the $84.78 for the "FREE TRIAL OFFER" of 30 pills.
I called my credit card company and tol them about this and they gave me the credit of $84.78 and told me they would dispute this with the Pureberry Company. Well today, 3/9/13 I received a letter from my credit card company saying they needed additional info. So I called the Pureberry Co. at
1-888-777-1342 and talked to a person named Jake, whom I couldn't understand because of the background noise on his end. After having him repeat whatever he was saying, he apparantly hung up on me. I called back again and talked to employee #7277 by the name of Ann. She told me I was supposed to cancel this product within 14 days after ordering it. "COMPANY POLICY" What kind of business is that? How do I know if I like it and want to order more? "Well", she said "didn't I read the notice on the bottom of the order when I placed it"? After arguing, she finally agreed to make and exception and give me a credit of $42.39 and cancel any future orders. "Take it or pay the full price" is what she said.
To me this whole thing is false advertinsing and I feel I should get the full refund of $84.78.
Looking at other people's complaints I wonder how you can possible keep in business when you cheat people like this.
