I was tricked into picking a free gift, I selected the Green Coffee Complete from skindiet.net for the amount of shipping. I received the product and barely had a chance to begin using it when I noticed they had deducted an additional $89.98 from my account. I was very upset; I called the company and told them that if they had a legitimate product they wouldn't have to trick people to get their hands on our money!! I demanded they stop my "membership", but they told me I couldn't cancel until I received my shipment. I told them I would return that shipment and wanted my money back, but at that time I just wanted my membership canceled. Again, I was told, in very broken English, that they could not cancel my membership until I received the shipment and to wait 7 to 10 days for that shipment. I don't understand why they can't cancel any further activity before I received the product that I never even ordered in the first place. I did not see anywhere when I ordered the trial offer that it was a membership deal, they are tricking people into this membership!! Also, after doing some research on the actual Green Coffee Diet, the active ingredient is Chlorogenic acid; I don't see this ingredient listed on the bottle. Is this an ingredient included in the actual coffee bean? I don't know why it isn't listed, but after dealing with this fraudulent company, I have to assume their product doesn't include the active ingredient needed for this to even help with weight loss!!
