I received a phone selection from Michelle Davis representing Lexington Financial Trust telling me that I qualified for a $ 5,000 loan. But first I had to pay up front the first 3 monthly payments ( $161 times 3 = $ 484) to cover the insurance on the default policy on the loan. Since I was in need of a loan and she e-mailed me the loan contract which looked on the up and up and legal which I had to initial and sign and e-mail back I money gramed the $ 484 to them and now I am getting the " We need more $$" to cover the loan pitch. I told her that my lawyer has advised me to inform you that you and myself are bound to the CONTRACT period!! As of this date she informs me that her Co. Will pay the balance of requested $$ and the $ 5,000 will be in my bank next Monday(3/18/2013) We shall see ??

- Howard do not count on your money they are a scam an you need to report them. Michell told me if i payed another 284. there company would pay the other 200. Then on thurs after i payed the 280. mary bison called an said i had to pay another 200. the insurance company wouldnt exept there paymen. Now im out 798.00 an cant get it back. I have turned them into the fedarl trade commission,money gram, attorney generals office, canada scam fraud. If enough people actually turn them maybe they will get shut down cause they are nothing but a scam taking our money. make sure you keep all the info they sent you an the info from money gram
