My husband filed a change of address on what he thought was the USPS website. After two weeks of living at our new address, and receiving not a single piece of mail, I contacted our post office to complain. The post office stated that no address was filed. I have no idea what website what website my husband used, on the $19.95 charge that cleared from my bank account, the detail say 'changemyaddresscom' but when I google the address, no results are found. I filed a dispute through my bank. Luckily I work for the company I bank with so it's not too much of a headache, just annoying. If this happenes to you as well you should be able to get your money back through your bank because services were not rendered for the fee you were charged.
